Ramu Potarazu, President & CEO
Ramu has more than 20 years of executive management experience, including 7 years as the CEO and co-founder of Avail Media, now Vubiquity. Prior to Vubiquity, Ramu was president and COO of Intelsat, Ltd., a $1.2 billion global company that provides telecommunications products and services to consumers in the Media & Entertainment, Network Services, and Government Services sectors.
Ramu has served on the boards of WildBlue, the Johns Hopkins Advisory Board, and the American Red Cross National Capital Area and currently serves on the Board of Children’s National Hospital and SES, the world-leading satellite operator. He was selected as among the Top 20 CIO’s in 1998 by CIO Magazine and honored as 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year® by Ernst & Young for Technology, Eastern Division. Ramu received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University. From 1995 -1997 Ramu attended the Stanford Executive Program.
Ben Goux, Chief Financial Officer
Ben Goux is an Investment Partner and CFO of Pioneer Venture Partners. He also serves as EVP of Stellar Holdings, Inc. an international real estate holding company, is a Board Member of Avalara and Accumatic, and an Observer to the Boards of Vubiquity, ETA, Venuetize, Global Voyages Group and Prepared Response, Inc. Ben manages the private and public equity portfolios, including global real estate holdings for one of the founding Seattle, WA business families.
Ben currently serves on the Compensation Committee of Binary. Ben was formally the CFO of Avail Media, Broadstream and Stellar One and was a member of the senior financial team at Sonus Pharmaceuticals.
Previous to those positions Ben served in an audit capacity with Coopers and Lybrand, earned his CPA license and is a graduate of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
Jeffery J. Stolte, Partner
Jeff is a Partner at Providence Ventures, where he leads healthcare technology investments, manages fund operations, and currently serves as a Board Observer at Indemand Interpreting.
Prior to joining Providence, Jeff was an Investment Manager at Ascension Ventures in St. Louis, MO, where he also focused on healthcare technology and tech-enabled services investments. During his tenure at Ascension Ventures, he served as a Director at Advanced Practice Strategies and a board observer at GetWellNetwork, CHF Solutions and OptiScan Biomedical Corporation. Before Ascension Ventures, Jeff was a member of Ascension Health’s Strategic Development Team, where he contributed to numerous system-level strategic initiatives and business development activities.
Jeff has prior experience in software product management and business development for entrepreneurial healthcare technology companies WebMD, WellMed, and HealthLanguage (fka, CyberPlus).
Jeff holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a Masters in Science in Medical Informatics from the Oregon Health & Science University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago.
